The New Zealand Festival brings the best live arts experiences from across the world to audiences in Wellington, New Zealand. Thanks to a fabulous School Fest programme, over 100 Newlands College studewp-1457221252351.jpgnts were able to taste a number of the shows. To share these incredible experiences, we have some snapshot reviews from some of those lucky students.

Te Po – “It was an odd way of telling the story of a missing writer. Fascinating storytelling that included a giraffe and a human sized fish” – Paris Renalson

La Verita – “It was a visually stunning intertwining of art and theatre, achieved by outstanding circus performers” – Danica Fontein

Dead Dog in a Suitcase (And Other Love Songs) – “Absolutely fastastic theatre. The blend of the the different music, from opera to pop to dub step was a symphony to our ears” – Dylan Jones

Cafe Muller/The Rite of Spring – “A passionate display of dance and incredible energy. Would see again” – Mr Cargill
