Exam Anxiety

Heading into Exam season it is worth acknowledging that a challenge for many is the anxiety felt around exams. This is a normal feeling that a lot of people experience, but there are strategies you can employ to minimise the impact your anxiety has on your exam performance. The video below covers the following seven tips:

  1. Be well rested
  2. Have a balanced diet
  3. Eat a high fibre/carb breakfast
  4. Positive self-imagery
  5. Feel confident but keep realistic
  6. Ensure you are familiar with the setting
  7. Rebut your insecurities
